Ignacio "Ning" R. Ramos[1][2] (died June 22, 2012)[3] was a Filipino basketball player and coach.

Ramos played for the Ateneo Blue Eagles in the NCAA from 1949 to 1950.

He was part of the Philippine national basketball team that captured the gold medal at the 1951 Asian Games in New Delhi, India.

Ramos was also the head coach of the national basketball team that participated in the 1972 Summer Olympics.
