Illinois's 13th House of Representatives district is a Representative district within the Illinois House of Representatives located in Cook County, Illinois.

It has been represented by Democrat Hoan Huynh since January 11, 2023.

The district was previously represented by Democrat Greg Harris from 2006 to 2023.

The district includes parts of the Chicago neighborhoods of Edgewater, Lake View, Lincoln Square, North Center, Uptown, West Ridge.
