[4] According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 1.8 square miles (4.7 km2), all of it land.
The 2010 United States Census[6] reported that Indian Falls had a population of 54.
The 2000 census[7] reported there were 37 people, 19 households, and 9 families in the CDP.
There were 24 housing units at an average density of 13.3 per square mile (5.1/km2).
There were no families and 31.8% of the population living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and 100.0% of those over 64.
In the state legislature, Indian Falls is in the 1st Senate District, represented by Republican Megan Dahle,[8] and the 1st Assembly District, represented by Republican Heather Hadwick.
