[21] As of June 2019[update], Abdallah Banda, Commander-in-Chief of the Justice and Equality Movement (JEM), remained a fugitive, indicted by the ICC.

[3] Abdel Rahim Mohammed Hussein, former Governor of Khartoum State, indicted by the ICC, was imprisoned in Sudan in late April 2019 following the 2019 Sudanese coup d'état.
