The Men's team currently plays in Caledonia North Region 3.

The club was founded in 1978, by a nurse manager, Dougie Cruickshanks, who worked in the Craig Dunain Hospital.

Both train on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 7pm at Merkinch Ferry Point.

[3] The club runs the Inverness Craig Dunain Sevens.
