They currently compete in the FAWNL Southern Premier Division, the third tier of women's football in the country.

[1] On 19 February 2024, it was announced that Ipswich Town Women would play their first ever game at Portman Road for the game on 23 March 2024 against Chatham Town, with all four stands being open for ticket sales.
