Irene Catherine Pirie-Milton (June 7, 1914 – December 1998),[1] née Irene Catherine Pirie, was a Canadian champion swimmer who competed internationally in freestyle events.
At the 1930 British Empire Games in Hamilton, Ontario, she was a member of the Canadian team which won the silver medal in the 4×100-yard freestyle relay event.
At the 1934 British Empire Games in London, she won a gold medal with the Canadian team in the 4×100-yard relay competition.
[2] At the 1932 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, she was a member of the Canadian team which finished fourth in the women's 4×100-metre freestyle relay.
Four years later at the 1936 Summer Olympics in Berlin, Germany, she was on the Canadian team that finished fourth in the 4×100 metre freestyle relay.
