Irina Mykolaivna Romanova (Ukrainian: Ірина Миколаївна Романова; born 20 April 1972) is a Ukrainian former competitive ice dancer who competed for the Soviet Union before its dissolution and for Ukraine afterward.

With Igor Yaroshenko, she is the 1996 European bronze medalist.

Their highest placement at the World Figure Skating Championships was fourth, in 1994.

Romanova and Yaroshenko were married in 1991 and have a son, Nikita.
