Ishtar Airlines (Arabic: عشتار ايرلاينز) was an airline based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, although it was a private Iraqi airline operating scheduled passenger services, its main bases were its only destinations, Baghdad International Airport and Dubai International Airport.
