Isla Norman-Bell (born 21 February 2000) is an English rugby union player.

[2] Prior to this, Norman-Bell attended the University of Auckland, and in 2019 she was named their sportswoman of the year.

[3][4] Norman-Bell was selected to play for England at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in rugby sevens.

[5] She was named in the England squad for the 2022 Rugby World Cup Sevens – Women's tournament held in Cape Town, South Africa in September 2022.

[7] Great Britain won a gold medal at the event and sealed qualification for the 2024 Olympic Games.
