[7][8] In Bangkok in July 2023, he was a bronze medalist as part of the Qatari 4x400m team at the Asian Championships.

[9] In October 2023 in Hangzhou he reached the final of the 400 metres at the delayed 2022 Asian Games,[10] and was a silver medalist in the 4x400m relay.

[11] In Potchefstroom, South Africa in March 2024, he ran a personal best time of 48.68 in the 400m hurdles that also met the qualifying standard for the 2024 Paris Olympics Games.

[12] In May 2024, he ran as part of the Qatari team at the World Athletics Relay in Nassau, Bahamas.
