Jürgen Martens (born 3 August 1959) is a German lawyer and politician of the Free Democratic Party (FDP) who has been serving as a member of the Bundestag from the state of Saxony since 2017.

From 2009 to 2014 he was State Minister of Justice in the government of Minister-President Stanislaw Tillich of Saxony.

In parliament, he is a member of the Committee on Legal Affairs and Consumer Protection.

In addition to his committee assignments, Martens is part of the German-French Parliamentary Friendship Group.
