He spent two seasons in the NBA, with the Celtics (2002–03), the Cleveland Cavaliers (2003–04), and the Golden State Warriors (2003–04), averaging 6.5 points and 2.2 assists per game.
The Charlotte Bobcats selected him from the Warriors in the NBA expansion draft, and then waived him shortly thereafter, before he played any games with the club.
Bremer's final NBA game was played on March 28, 2004, in a 105 - 77 win over the Los Angeles Clippers where he recorded 2 points.
