Will" Taylor (August 28, 1880 – November 14, 1939) was an American educator, lawyer and politician who served eleven terms as a U.S. Representative from Tennessee from 1919 to 1939.

He was a leading member of the state party's black-and-tan faction, which supported racial equality.

[3] Taylor was elected as a Republican to the Sixty-sixth and to the ten succeeding Congresses and served from March 4, 1919, until his death.
