Jacek Ziober (born 18 November 1965) is a Polish former professional footballer who played as a forward.

In 1990, he won the Piłka Nożna Polish Footballer of the Year award.

His greatest international success remains winning the bronze medal at the 1984 UEFA Euro U-18.
