Jacques Cachemire (born 27 February 1947 in Pointe-a-Pitre, Guadeloupe[1]) is a French former professional basketball player and coach.

He was inducted into the French National Sports Hall of Fame in 2016.

Cachemire was a member of the FIBA European Selection, in 1974, 1975, and 1979.

He scored 2,837 points with the senior French national team.
