Jadowniki [jadɔvˈniki] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Pawłów, within Starachowice County, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, in south-central Poland.
It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) south-west of Pawłów, 12 km (7 mi) south of Starachowice, and 34 km (21 mi) east of the regional capital Kielce.

In the nineteenth century, Jadowniki was described as a village and a manor farm, entailed in the Iłżecki poviat, Koniecek commune, and Świętomarz parish.
