James Wilfred (Bill) Estey (December 1, 1889 – January 22, 1956) was a Canadian lawyer, politician, and jurist.
Born in Keswick Ridge, New Brunswick, the son of Byron Leslie Estey and Sarah Ann Kee, he received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Brunswick in 1910.
On 1917, he was called to the Saskatchewan bar, eventually founding the law firm Estey, Moxon, Schmitt & McDonald which continues today as Robertson Stromberg LLP.
He was appointed to the Supreme Court of Canada on October 6, 1944, and served until his death in 1956.
He is the father of Willard Estey, also a justice of the Supreme Court of Canada.
