The Jackals then played the 2018 season in the semi-professional North American Basketball League (NABL) as part of a new Northeast Division.
[2] The Jackals won the division title in April 2018 to advance to the league championship,[3] where they lost to the Dallas Mustangs.
[5] After one season, Jackals owner and general manager Kayla Crosby was named the director of team development for The Basketball League.
[6] A May 2024 TBL playoff game between the Jackals and Raleigh Firebirds was ended by referees and declared a forfeit victory for Raleigh after a fan threatened a Jamestown player, and that player was subsequently ejected.
[7] The Jackals left TBL to play in the Basketball Super League (BSL) beginning with the 2024–25 season.
