Jarošov nad Nežárkou (German: Jareschau) is a municipality and village in Jindřichův Hradec District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.

It lies on the Nežárka River.

Jarošov nad Nežárkou lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) north-east of Jindřichův Hradec, 50 km (31 mi) north-east of České Budějovice, and 111 km (69 mi) south-east of Prague.
