Jay Higgins (born February 14, 2002) is an American football linebacker for the Iowa Hawkeyes.

Higgins was born on February 14, 2002, and attended Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School.

Higgins committed to play college football for the Iowa Hawkeyes.
