Jefferson City High School

It is one of the five public high schools in Cole County and is one of two in Jefferson City.

[3] The current high school building opened on January 22, 1964, and houses 9th-12th graders.

Jefferson City High School serves approximately 1805[4] students grades 9–12.

Students may earn college credit from Lincoln University through approved courses on the JCHS campus during regular school hours.

Nichols Career Center, located on the campus of JCHS, is a career-readiness program which is application-only and accepts students from throughout mid-Missouri.
