Jeffrey A. Meyer

Between 1992 and 1995, he worked first at the Washington, D.C. law firm of Shearman & Sterling and then at Kellogg, Huber, Hansen, Todd, Evans & Figel, and then as a staff attorney for Vermont Legal Aid.

He served as senior counsel to the Independent Inquiry Committee into the United Nations Oil for Food Program in Iraq from 2004 to 2005.

[4][10][11] In January 2017, Jeffrey Alker Meyer sentenced Puerto Rican José Torres Serrano, 30, to sixty-six months in prison, followed by four years of supervised release, for cocaine trafficking.

[12] In August 2022, Jeffrey A. Meyer sentenced Jose Angel Suarez, age 39, of Veja Baja, Free Associated State of Puerto Rico, to 60 months in prison, followed by four years of supervised release, for cocaine trafficking.
