Jeison Guzmán (born October 8, 1998) is a Dominican professional baseball shortstop who is currently a free agent.

[9] He split the 2021 season between the Double-A Northwest Arkansas Naturals and the High-A Quad Cities River Bandits, slashing .255/.312/.401 with 6 home runs and 37 RBI in 66 games between the two teams.
[12] On August 10, 2022, Guzman signed a minor league contract to return to the Kansas City Royals.
