Jennifer Horne is an American writer of poetry, fiction, and non-fiction who served as the Poet Laureate of Alabama from 2017 to 2021.
This includes a collection of her mother's poetry Root & Plant & Bloom: Poems by Dodie Walton Horne, which she co-edited with her sister.

[9] During the months of COVID-19 lockdowns, Horne posted a "mid-week poetry break" every Wednesday as part of her service as poet laureate.
