Jerzy "Jastrząb" Jastrzębowski (born 14 January 1951) is a Polish professional football manager and former player.
Jastrzębowski has spent the majority of his career managing teams in the Pomeranian area.
This led to Lechia playing in a European competition for the first time, while only being in the second tier.
Jastrzębowski wasn't in charge of Lechia in the Ekstraklasa however as he left for Gryf Słupsk at the end of the season.
