She is currently the Director of the Women’s National Team & Juniors programs at the United States Curling Association.

Schultz was a member of the United States women's curling team at the 2006 Winter Olympics.

Brown and her team won the 2013 United States Women's Curling Championship and went on to represent the United States at the 2013 World Women's Curling Championship, finishing in fourth after losing the bronze medal game to Canada's Rachel Homan.

[1] They finished first in the round robin standings and defeated Allison Pottinger in a best-of-three series final to clinch the berth to the Olympics.
