Jessore Sadar Upazila is divided into Jessore Municipality and 16 union parishads: Arabpur, Basundia, Chanchra, Churamankati, Diara, Fathehpur, Haibatpur, Ichhali, Kashimpur, Kachua, Lebutala, Narendrapur, Noapara, Ramnagar, Upashahar, and Jessore Cantonment.
