James Euringer (born September 7, 1969), better known as Jimmy Urine, is an American musician, singer, and songwriter.

He is the lead singer, programmer, and primary songwriter of the electropunk band Mindless Self Indulgence, which he co-founded in 1997.

The brothers released a second album, Crappy Little Demo, before Markus left the group and was replaced by bassist Vanessa Y.T.

Urine has remixed songs by Serj Tankian, Grimes, Devo, Deep Forest, Korn, KMFDM and Serart.

Urine worked as a composer for the 2012 video game Lollipop Chainsaw, in which he also voiced the character Zed.

In 1999, Euringer took out his penis onstage while performing with Mindless Self Indulgence in Michigan, for which he spent a night in jail after being arrested for indecent exposure.

"[9] In August 2021, a lawsuit was filed against Euringer in New York Supreme Court with the charge of sexual battery of a minor.

[9] The accuser (whose identity was left anonymous as she was a minor at the time) claimed that she had a sexual relationship with Euringer from January 1997 to June 1999, beginning when she was 15 and he was 27.

"[9][10][11] It is alleged that he took pictures of her naked throughout the relationship and requested that she "act like a small child, suck her thumb, drool, and pee in her pants" during sexual intercourse.

The lawsuit claims that Elektra and Galus knew about and enabled Euringer’s behavior and are guilty of negligence and aiding and abetting sexual battery.
