Jingning She Autonomous County (simplified Chinese: 景宁畲族自治县; traditional Chinese: 景寧畬族自治縣; pinyin: Jǐngníng Shēzú Zìzhìxiàn) is an autonomous county for the She people, under the jurisdiction of the prefecture-level city of Lishui in the south of Zhejiang Province, China.

The county covers an area of 1,950 km2 (750 sq mi) and in 1999 had a population of 175,484.
