Jo Kyong-chol

Jo Kyong-chol (Korean: 조경철) is a North Korean politician and officer who is serving as the commander of the Military Security Command[1][2] and a member of the WPK Central Military Commission.

In 2009 he was elected as a member of the 12th convocation of the Supreme People's Assembly.

He is under sanctions of the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control.
