Joe Cain (American football)

Joseph Harrison Cain Jr. (born June 11, 1965) is an American former professional football linebacker who played nine seasons in the National Football League (NFL).

He was selected by the Minnesota Vikings in the eighth round of the 1988 NFL draft.

He attended Stanford University on an academic scholarship, and joined the football team as a walk-on.

Cain is executive chef at a cafe on Orcas Island in Washington state.
