Joe Harrington (born December 28, 1945) is an American basketball coach.

He was an assistant coach with the Toronto Raptors in the National Basketball Association.

Harrington was the star of Morse High School's back-to-back state championship teams in 1962–63.

Harrington served as a manager for the US national team in the 1990 FIBA World Championship, which won the bronze medal.
