Joey Coulter

Joseph Coulter IV (born June 8, 1990) is an American professional stock car racing driver.

Coulter started racing stock cars in 2007 entering the USAR Hooters Pro Cup Series.

It was met with much success, as Coulter accumulated 7 top-five's, 13 top-ten's, 2 poles, led 156 laps and finished fourth in the point standings.

He won his first career NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at Pocono Raceway on August 4, where he came from 3rd to 1st on the final restart, passing Piquet and James Buescher to take the win.
