Joey Johnson (born 26 July 1975) is a professional Canadian wheelchair basketball player.
[1] He has competed in several Paralympics and World Championships and was also the first disabled athlete to be inducted in Manitoba's Basketball Hall of Fame.
He also has a brother, Bill Johnson, who was formerly the head coach of the Canadian Sr. Women’s Wheelchair Basketball Team.
He had also won first place in National Wheelchair Basketball League with the Wollongong Roller Hawks.
[2] Johnson won gold in the 2006 World Championships in Amsterdam, Netherlands with Team Canada and was named an "All-star".
