Johana Gómez (born 4 February 1989) is a Venezuelan softball player.

Gómez represented Venezuela at the 2008 Summer Olympics, where the Venezuelan team finished seventh with a 2–5 record.

She played four games and lost two, against United States and Chinese Taipei.

[1] She won the gold medal with the Venezuelan team at the Cartagena de Indias 2006 and Mayagüez 2010 editions of the Central American and Caribbean Games.
