Johannes Magnus Valdemar Nellemann (1 November 1831 – 26 August 1906) was a Danish lawyer and politician, a member of the Højre political party.

[3][4] He was a member of the Royal Danish Academy of Sciences and Letters from 1883[5] and became Grand Cross of the Order of the Dannebrog in 1878[6] and Knight of the Order of the Elephant in 1893.

[7] In 1896 he was appointed Governor of the National Bank.
