John C. Hinderaker

Hinderaker earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics, with honors, from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in 1991 and his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1996, where he was a member of the Arizona Law Review.

He was hired as an associate at the law firm of Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie in Tucson, Arizona, in 1998 and became a partner in 2003, where his practice focused on commercial litigation.

[3] From 2018 to 2020, he served as a Judge on the Pima County Superior Court after being appointed by Arizona Governor Doug Ducey.

He was appointed to fill the vacancy caused by the elevation of Judge Sean Brearcliffe to the Arizona Court of Appeals.

[1] President Trump nominated Hinderaker to the seat vacated by Judge Raner Collins, who assumed senior status on March 4, 2019.
