John Glenn (screenwriter)

Glenn launched his screenwriting career in 1999, when he sold his spec script Red World to Jerry Bruckheimer and Walt Disney Pictures[1] in a multi-studio bidding war.

Over the course of his extensive career, Glenn has developed, sold, and produced over three dozen projects to every major network, including ABC,[3][4] NBC,[5] CBS,[6] and Fox.

[10] Glenn wrote and produced the feature Elevation,[11] starring Anthony Mackie and Morena Baccarin, which is slated for a fall 2024 release.

Glenn also worked on re-imaginings for Blade Runner with producer Bud Yorkin,[12] and for The Warriors with director Tony Scott.

Anderson,[20] McG,[21] and actors Charlize Theron,[22] Sophia Bush,[23] Marcia Gay Harden,[16] Virginia Madsen,[24] Jason O'Mara,[25] David Boreanaz,[9] and Angela Bassett,[26] Glenn was born on December 18, 1971, in Tuscaloosa, Alabama and attended the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California.
