John Charles LeCompt (born March 10, 1973) is an American guitarist.

LeCompt joined the band Kill System in 2002, with drummer Rocky Gray.

In 2003, he joined Evanescence as a touring guitarist alongside Gray, playing with the band until 2007.

The following year, LeCompt joined singer and guitarist Phil Taylor's band Future Leaders of the World, alongside Gray, guitarist Jack Wiese, and bassist Thad Ables.
