John Metras

John George Metras QC (August 29, 1940 – June 30, 2020) was a Canadian football player who played for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.

[1] He previously played football at the University of Western Ontario, where his father Johnny Metras coached.

His father was later inducted into the Canadian Football Hall of Fame in 1980 as a builder.

[2] John Metras, Jr. was inducted into the Western Ontario Wall of Champions in 2013.
