[1][2] After some pressure from some friends he began to play rugby, joining Nakura RFC.
He vice-captained the Nakura RFC 2nd XV in the 2018–19 Eric Shirley Shield season.
[4][5][6][7] He made his debut for the national side in 2019 playing against Uganda in the Elgon Cup.
He played in all of Kenya's games in the 2023 RWC Final Qualification Tournament scoring against Hong Kong China.
[8] He began playing for the Kenyan sevens side in 2023, later being names in the squad for the 2024 Summer Olympics.
