Joma Rubuti (born 9 February 1991) is a Fijian rugby union player.

Rubuti made her international debut against Papua New Guinea at the 2016 Oceania Championship in Suva.

[11][12] Rubuti was selected for the Fijiana squad for two test matches against Australia and Japan in May 2022.

[16] Rubuti was again named in the Fijiana squad for the 2022 Oceania Championship in New Zealand.

[17][18] She scored a try in Fiji's 152–0 trouncing of Papua New Guinea in the first round of the Oceania competition.
