Jonathan Auxier

Jonathan Auxier (born August 10, 1981) is a Canadian-born writer of young adult literature.

Originally from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada,[3] he currently lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, US with his wife.

[6][7] During graduate school, Auxier worked on a side project to refresh his creativity which he would eventually develop into the novel Peter Nimble; after graduating, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in screenwriting.

[5] Auxier won the TD Canadian Children's Literature Award[4] and the Canadian Library Association Book of the Year for Children Award[8] for his 2014 novel The Night Gardener.
