Jonathan Craig Wyatt (born 20 December 1972) is a New Zealand runner.

Wyatt competed in the men's 5,000 metres at the 1994 Commonwealth Games, reaching the final, and finished sixth in the men's marathon race at the 2002 Commonwealth Games.

Wyatt is a five-time winner of the Red Bull Dolomitenmann race.

Wyatt works for athletic brand La Sportiva.
