Josepmir Aarón Ballón Villacorta (born 21 March 1988) is a Peruvian professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for Universidad César Vallejo and the Peru national team.

Ballón began his career with Academia Deportiva Cantolao[2] and in January 2007 joined Universidad San Martín where he made his debut in the Torneo Descentralizado.
