Jougne (French pronunciation: [ʒuɲ]) is a commune in the Doubs department in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region in eastern France.

In the Middle Ages, Jougne was an important toll station on the road to Italy.

The chapel of Saint Maurice dates from the 12th century and has a Carolingian crypt.
