Judith Suminwa Tuluka (born 19 October 1967) is a Congolese politician who is serving as prime minister of the Democratic Republic of the Congo since 12 June 2024.
She was nominated for the position by President Félix Tshisekedi on 1 April 2024, the first woman in the post,[1][2][3] and took office following the investiture of her government by the National Assembly.
[5] Suminwa obtained a master's degree in applied economics at the Université libre de Bruxelles and a diploma of additional studies in Work in developing countries.
She then worked in the Ministry of the Budget before becoming the deputy coordinator of the Presidential Strategic Watch Council (CPVS).
[9] Suminwa is married to Roger Tuluka, who is a former classmate of President Tshisekedi.
