Catherine Julissa Nolasco Ortíz is a Puerto Rican politician affiliated with the New Progressive Party (PNP).
[1] Julissa Nolasco studied elementary school at the Colegio de la Inmaculada Concepción in Guayanilla.
Nolasco received a bachelor's degree in Humanities from the Sacred Heart University in San Juan, and a Doctorate degree in Clinic Psychology from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico in Ponce.
However, in June 2010, Speaker Jenniffer González removed her from the position claiming she was not satisfied with Nolasco's performance.
[2] On October 23, 2011, Nolasco presented her candidacy for Mayor of Guayanilla for the 2012 elections.
