Kỳ Anh is a rural district of Hà Tĩnh province in the North Central Coast region of Vietnam.
By Thiều Chửu and Lê Chí Quế's researches, its name Kỳ-anh or Kỳ-la (old) in Hanese text was originated from Malayo-Polynesian name Keluar.
